To help you have a great stay with us and a pleasant experience, please find below some guidelines:

Please bring your own bedding and towels, as we do not provide these items. We have blankets, but during colder periods, it's a good idea to bring an extra blanket or comforter.

We do not accept pets of any size or breed.

The use of electronic devices (laptops, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) inside the apartment is permitted as long as it does not disturb the peace of other guests and neighbors.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

We kindly ask that you do not flush toilet paper, sanitary napkins, diapers, or any other objects down the toilet, as this will clog it. Instead, please use the trash can designated for these types of materials.

Visits from family and/or friends are permitted as long as they are brief, and these visitors may not use the suite's facilities for any purpose (changing clothes, using the bathroom, storing belongings, showering, etc.).

We kindly ask that you do not share the Wi-Fi password with people who are not staying at the house.

Removing decorative items and furniture from the apartment premises is not permitted.

Household appliances, kitchen utensils, and other equipment are the responsibility of the guest. In case of partial or total damage, the item in question must be reimbursed.

It is not permitted to connect appliances that overload the electrical network, such as personal heaters, portable air conditioners, beer dispensers, etc...

Tupperware and plastic containers are intended to help you organize and store the food you prepare during your stay. However, they should not be taken with you on the day of your departure. Any leftovers at that time will be discarded or disposed of properly. Avoid waste!
